Eurella Australian Stock Horse Stud is based in the heart of the Capertee Valley at Glen Alice.   This property is owned by George and Betty Richardson and managed by their son, Bruce.  The horses have been an interictal part of their lives, with countless championships by all the family, in the show and polo arena prior to the 1970s' when the Australian Stock Horse Society was formed.   Betty was a champion hack and lady rider until she retired in her seventies...only arthritis stopping her riding completely.   George was awarded an O.A.M. for his services to founding the Australian Stock Horse Society and his contributions to the local community.   Bruce excelled in Pony Club, Showing, Polo and studied with Ray Hunt for many years.   His horsemanship is well respected by his peers.

There will be a Hall of Fame published here to honour the expertise of this family.
