Capertee Valle Welcome! I have created my boutique real estate business with a focus on the Capertee Valley community in which I reside. With over 20 years experience in the industry and holding a Real Estate and Stock and Station Agents license, I felt compelled and somewhat privileged to offer a professional service within the valley where I live, fuelled by the need to service the residents of this unique community. Being passionate about the region, I decided to offer a service to benefit all. As well as operating a specialised real estate business, my vision is to also create a sustainable community and commercial environment which will, in turn create employment, services, tourism and improved social structures within the valley. To promote the valley I called upon expertise locally and this web site was born. The website is in its infancy and the filming for the virtual tours are yet to take place. There are buttons yet to be activated however at present the Real Estate Business and the Community pages are my priority. I propose that this website will be the hub of the valley and a spearhead towards progress and renewed enthusiasm amongst those who are so fortunate to dwell here. My mission is to build a business of integrity and professionalism where my clients and vendors experiences are both positive and enjoyable. It is very easy to market this glorious valley.
Experience another world. JUST MARRIED!! I am delighted to announce that I will be changing my name to Richardson over the next few months as I just married my fiance Bruce Richardson on 20 December 2008 at the Glen Davis Boutique Hotel. What a fabulous cocktail party!! Brilliant venue, hosts, service & food. 35 guests stayed overnight and the hotel managed the 100 guests comfortably. Great venue....stunning setting.....consider this option when planning your next special event!!

Estate is also sponsering my own daughter, Courtney Old with her eventing
career.....she is only 12 years old with a passion for greatness....so I have
sign written my horse float and vehicle and off we go chasing One Day Eventing
around the country. She has placed in E grade at her first two
outings and now is in D grade.....I believe in her.....and I know you all have

What is eventing? Three phases judged over one day...Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping.....One day Events and Three Day Events are held around the country and our Aussies are fabulous at the Cross country particularly at International Level....we have bred some great riders particularly out of the bush!! This valley offers some great places to ride.....we have one of the greatest sources of Australian Stock Horses right in this valley at George, Betty & Bruce Richardsons stud "Eurella", Upper Nile Road, Glen Alice. They have produced some great eventers as well as many other stockhorses for other sports....plus show horses....if you need a horse ring George on 63797242 or Bruce on 63797288. |
